AHDB events

Several AHDB Monitor Farms enter the YEN competition, and a series of YEN-related events organised by AHDB Cereals & Oilseeds run through the year.

AHDB Cereals & Oilseeds Monitor Farms and ADAS Yield Enhancement Network (YEN) host regional events to connect farmers, agronomists, organisations and scientists to develop innovative approaches to improving crop yields.
These regional meetings are an opportunity to develop management strategies for achieving the highest yield potential.

Dates for 2017-18 will be announced shortly.

YEN Benchmarking

Facilitated benchmarking meetings in 2017/18 will provide an opportunity to share valuable information and learn from fellow YEN entrants in a confidential environment. Using AHDB’s benchmarking tool Farmbench will enable growers to calculate the cost of production and gross margins for their YEN entries and make comparisons with other entrants. Farmbench is a free, independent and confidential cost management tool provided by AHDB Cereals & Oilseeds. To register an interest in this activity please contact yen@adas.co.uk
